The Dweh, McKay and Dwanyen families with deep sorrow, regret the announce the untimely passing of Mr. Richard B. McKay, Jr. on November 29, 2020 at 2:00 A. M. in Silver Spring, Maryland, USA. He was optimistic about the future and planning a life for his family. He was a loving and caring husband, son, father, brother, grandfather and friend. He worked so hard and sacrificed daily for the happiness of his family and love ones.
